TERO ‘refers’ TERO clients in all categories of employment on and off the reservation. Many temporary positions can be filled by the TERO department in collaboration with the other Tribal departments.

TERO maintains an active Job Skills Bank of potential applicants who are seeking work in their respective fields. TERO uses a database of skill sets that each applicant/client has on their application to enhance the chances of finding work with the assistance of our many partner agencies in the employment industry. TERO maintains effective relationships with many contractors, agencies, businesses and organizations Human Resources departments to ensure that current and future listings are announced to clients in a timely manner.
